This Privacy Policy applies to www.sportshow.com.ph (the "Website"), the official website of Philippine Sport Show 2026 (PSS), a sports sourcing showcase within Philippine Lifestyle Sourcing Expo, organized by the PSS organizing team (the "Organizer").
By using this Website and submitting any form on it, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through our online forms:
- Registration Form — registration type, contact person, company, email, phone, country, product categories of interest, and your message or enquiry.
- Buyer Sourcing Request Form — buyer type, contact person, company name, email, country, WhatsApp number (optional), product category, products of interest, purchase quantity, preferred supplier and your sourcing requirements.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not require sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account or government ID numbers). Please do not submit such data through our forms.
This Website does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set tracking cookies. UTM parameters in a submission link are recorded only if you arrive at a form via a tagged campaign link, and are used solely to measure which channel brought you to the show.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process your visitor, buyer, exhibitor, media or partner registration for PSS 2026.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide buyer–exhibitor matchmaking and sourcing recommendations.
- To send you event updates, confirmation and logistics information related to PSS 2026 (only if you submitted a form or requested updates).
- To operate, secure and improve the Website and our event services.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. How We Share Your Information
- Matchmaking — if you submit a Buyer Sourcing Request, the Organizer may share relevant parts of your request (products sought, company type, country and contact details) with PSS 2026 exhibitors whose products match your needs, so they can contact you with offers.
- Service providers — form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) for form delivery and storage. These providers process data only on our instructions.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation or legal process.
5. Data Storage & Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored by Netlify Forms on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Access to submitted data is limited to authorized members of the Organizer's team.
The Website is served with standard security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) to reduce common web risks. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically until the conclusion of PSS 2026 and any follow-up related to your registration or sourcing request — after which we delete or de-identify them, unless we must keep them longer for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Ask us what data we hold about you (access).
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data or withdraw from further event updates (you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send).
- Object to sharing your sourcing request with exhibitors.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@sportshow.ph. We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on your location, you may also have rights under applicable data protection law (such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act).
8. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Google Maps for venue directions). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
